pinewood derby

We have all been looking forward to the Pinewood derby this year, as it was Noah's first. We've attended them for the last few years because Mark and I have been in Cub Scouts. Noah had lots of fun racing his blue car. He drew a design and then we scanned it in the computer and shrunk it so it would fit on his block of wood. Then Mark cut it out and Noah took care of the sanding. He helped with the spray paint, too. He took 11th overall, but there were a lot of cars racing this year, because our troop is combined with another ward. Grandma and Grandpa Thomson came for the race and cheered him on.
